The Kata competition here at Goulburn brought some excellent displays of kata demonstrations between Nage no Kata (junior and regular) and Ju no Kata. Our judoka scored highly with gold and silver medals awarded. Well done!
The judges had the opportunity to coach and offer advice to our prospective competitors, whilst the remaining shiai judoka had their weigh ins in preparation for tomorrow's competition.
