CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL OPEN @GOULBURN - DAY 2

It was an action packed and lengthy day yesterday at Goulburn!

Our judoka put their hardest faces and throws forward on the mats. Competition was fierce across the cadets, junior and senior divisions for men and women, with competitors across Australia, abroad, notably New Zealand and Mongolia! Whilst many throws were made, the most popular throws were seoi otoshi and uchi mata, with many shime-waza and juji gatame to compliment the ground work. Well done to all the judoka that competed!

We were also joined by many esteemed guests who helped to award medals to the winners. Of course, this busy day wouldn't have been possible without the adjudication of our referees, who made each match seamless with the new ruleset. Thanks to our guests, referees and technical officials for making this event special!

Enjoy the photos and video!
